We are recruiting for a newly created permanent full-time Revenue Growth Management Director- International Region (EMEA & APAC), to be based in London.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Fuel for Growth Global Deployment Lead- with a dotted line into our President, International, this critical role for our business success will mold, shape and execute the global roll-out of ‘Fuel for Growth’, Metagenics' company-wide transformation program.

This leadership role will build out and standardise our RGM capabilities throughout our International Region, initially prioritising activities within EMEA, turning our regionally varied customer, consumer, competitor and financial insights into decisions that deliver tangible value and sustained growth opportunity.

This exciting role sits on our Regional Leadership Team, and will be attractive to anyone motivated by healthy & collaborative internal relationships, given it will work shoulder to shoulder with End Market General Managers, Key Account Management teams and Regional Channel Directors, with support from Finance controllers in each market. Together an agreement on execution plans will be established, respecting local rules on price and promotion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business partner to the International President and Regional Leadership Team. Bring RGM recommendations into strategy reviews, the three-year plan, the Annual Operating Plan and the monthly business cycle
  • Partner with Market GMs and Commercial and KAM teams. Co-own each market’s RGM plan with its General Manager. Equip Key Account Managers with client-level profitability, fact-based trade terms and clear negotiation stories for annual joint business plans with pharmacy chains, wholesalers, parapharmacies and e-tailers.
  • Set pricing strategy within European rules. Define list prices, net price corridors and cross-border price alignment across channels. Plan annual price increases and price-pack architecture that respect local pharmacy pricing practices, recommended retail price conventions and competition law. Where direct price action is limited, find compliant value through pack, mix, terms, assortment and promotional mechanics.
  • Shape trade investment for growth. Build the regional commercial policy and a three-year trade investment prioritization by channel and client with pay-for-performance and in-store activation approach.
  • Build category captainship and advisory with retail partners. Lead category captainship and advisory work with key pharmacy and retail accounts: category insight, assortment, shelf and promotional recommendations that grow the total category and make Metagenics the partner of choice. Scale pilots from the top accounts to wider market coverage.
  • Set promotional guidelines for pharmacy and DTC markets. Build promotional guardrails, mechanics and calendars measured on incremental gross profit, including DTC-specific guidance for markets such as the UK and France. Make sure every mechanic complies with local rules on promotional depth, frequency and price-reduction claims.
  • Support a profitable Amazon roll-out across international markets. Partner with the Amazon Channel Director on portfolio, assortment, pack and price-promotion strategy for each market. Build full-cost Amazon economics (fees, advertising, logistics, pack economics) and protect price positioning in pharmacy and other channels.
  • Drive portfolio focus and SKU complexity reduction. With Marketing, Supply Chain and Market GMs, focus the range on hero SKUs, remove tail SKUs, and prepare the portfolio for EU sustainable packaging requirements.
  • Build channel, client and category P&Ls with Finance. Work closely with Finance controllers across the region to build channel and client P&Ls, own the gross-to-net waterfall, and track RGM benefits into the P&L. Close data gaps between ERP, trade terms and client profitability.
  • Own the RGM Roadmap, embed RGM and build capability. Establish RGM ownership in the International Leadership Team, a monthly RGM forum, and RGM dashboards and tools for pricing, trade spend effectiveness, promotion and SKU analysis, trade terms management and client profitability. Train Market GMs, KAMs, Marketing and Finance to apply RGM in their own decisions. This role leads through influence rather than line authority, and success is measured by how widely the capability is adopted and used.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
