Revenue Growth Management Executive Intern

Location: Market Drayton

Contract: Starting July 2027, 13-month Fixed Term Contract

Hours/Shift Pattern: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will play a vital part in defining, implementing, and analysing our commercial strategy across the Müller branded portfolio. This will be achieved through focusing on the core Revenue Growth Management (RGM) levers: Pricing, Promotions, Pack Architecture, Mix, and Terms. A truly collaborative role, utilising data-driven insights to create mutual, sustainable value for shoppers, our customers, and Müller.

Key tasks & responsibilities include:

  • Weekly Reporting: Ownership of accurately updating and distributing weekly reports to the RGM team and wider stakeholders.
  • Marketing Support: Complete planned and ad hoc analysis to support Marketing initiatives and strategy.
  • Portfolio Management: Take responsibility for the commercial strategy of the Müller Rice portfolio, utilising the RGM levers to deliver growth.
  • Performance Analysis: Complete regular analysis of performance and proactively share output / recommendations with wider stakeholders.
  • RGM Ambassador: Represent RGM in key internal meetings, weekly and monthly.
  • Collaborative Group Projects: Work alongside other placement students on a group project, enhancing teamwork and problem-solving skills.

What We're Looking For

We’re excited to hear from university students. If you’re on track to achieve a 2:1 or above and looking for a placement year full of learning, collaboration, and innovation — we’d love to hear from you.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • GCSE Grade 5 (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to anticipate problems and provide solutions
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a keen interest in leadership and change management
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Capability to work across multiple projects, meet demanding deadlines, and prioritise tasks in a rapidly changing environment
  • Creative mindset to support research and innovation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (Please note this role is not eligible for sponsorship as the salary falls below the required threshold.)
  • Full UK driving licence, held for at least one year by the [insert programme start date]
