Shape the strategy. Lead the change. Make it work.
This is a new, high impact role with the opportunity to build Crown Paints’ Revenue Growth Management capability from the ground up. Working closely with our Managing Director and senior commercial leaders, you’ll take the journey from initial concept and strategy, through business transformation and adoption, to operational ownership.
You’ll help define how Revenue Growth Management should work at Crown, create the roadmap and tools around it, bring teams with you through change, and then own and evolve the capability as it becomes part of everyday commercial decision making.
Build Crown’s Revenue Growth Management approach
You’ll combine strategic thinking with practical delivery, moving confidently between concept, change leadership and hands on commercial ownership.
- Shape the Revenue Growth Management strategy, operating model and roadmap with the Managing Director and senior leaders.
- Turn the strategy into practical processes, tools and governance that teams can use.
- Lead the change required to embed new behaviours and ways of working across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category and Supply Chain.
- Build organisational capability through coaching, education and clear commercial storytelling.
- Own and continuously improve the approach as it moves from transformation into day to day operation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Turn insight into sustainable growth
You’ll use data and commercial insight to identify where Crown can create more value across both Retail and Trade.
- Identify opportunities across pricing, promotions, portfolio, trade investment, customer, channel and route to market.
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations that support revenue, margin and profitability decisions.
- Track performance and make sure identified opportunities deliver measurable value.
- Support customer strategy and help shape compelling growth propositions.
What you’ll bring
There is no single route into this role. You might come from Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Category, Pricing, Sales Strategy, Commercial Excellence or another commercially focused transformation role.
- Experience shaping and delivering significant commercial or organisational transformation, from initial concept through to implementation and adoption.
- Experience within FMCG, retail, consumer goods, trade or a similarly fast moving commercial environment.
- Commercial and financial judgement, with confidence using data to guide decisions.
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders, create alignment and bring people with you through change.
- A practical mindset. You can build the concept, embed it and then operate it.
You do not need to be a career pricing specialist. If your experience has come through a different route, but you can demonstrate the commercial thinking, change leadership and influencing skills we’re looking for, we’d like to hear from you. We value transferable experience, different perspectives and varied career paths.
