The Opportunity:
We're recruiting for an ambitious Revenue Growth Manager to join a leading FMCG business with an impressive portfolio of brands and an exciting growth agenda.
This is a highly commercial position where you'll work closely with both customers and supplier partners to identify opportunities, develop growth strategies and deliver commercially successful initiatives across the business. You'll be at the heart of the organisation, bringing together insight, innovation and commercial thinking to maximise sales, profitability and long-term partnerships.

- Develop and implement revenue growth strategies across a portfolio of brands.
- Identify opportunities through shopper, consumer and market insight.
- Build compelling commercial stories that support customer growth.
- Work closely with Sales, Category, Finance and Supply Chain teams to deliver profitable business plans.
- Drive innovation and NPD pipelines that generate incremental sales.
- Lead customer activation and shopper marketing initiatives.
- Manage projects from concept through to successful launch.
- Build strong relationships with supplier partners, ensuring long-term collaborative growth.
- Monitor sales performance, profitability and KPIs, recommending corrective actions where required.
- Support forecasting, promotional planning and commercial decision making.
You'll ideally bring:
- Experience within an FMCG commercial, category, revenue growth or brand role.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and turn insight into action.
- Experience delivering profitable sales growth.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence internally and externally.
- A collaborative approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.
- Strong analytical, planning and project management skills.
