This FMCG business has the brand strength and the portfolio. What it needs now is someone who can turn pricing, promotion and trade investment into a genuine engine for profitable growth.

As Revenue Growth Manager

You'll sit at the centre of that work. You'll partner with Sales, Marketing, Category and Supply Chain, and you'll have a direct line into the decisions that shape commercial strategy across the business.

This is a home-based role with genuine influence attached to it. Your recommendations will land in customer negotiations, annual planning and long-term growth strategy.

How you'll make your mark

You'll lead revenue growth strategy across a diverse portfolio and multiple channels, from pricing architecture through to trade spend and profitability.

Key deliverables

  • Shape pricing, promotional and pack architecture strategies that improve profitability.
  • Optimise trade spend and lift ROI across major customer investments.
  • Build customer, category and channel profitability analysis that changes decisions.
  • Turn insight into recommendations that senior stakeholders act on.
  • Support customer negotiations and annual planning with commercial rigour.
  • Drive strategic initiatives across pricing, mix management and revenue optimisation.

What you bring

  • Experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance or Category.
  • A solid grasp of pricing, promotional effectiveness, trade investment and profitability analysis.
  • The ability to turn complex data into recommendations that stakeholders can actually use.
  • Confidence to challenge thinking and influence decisions at senior level.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine drive to create commercial value.
