Location: London HQ (3 days a week) + hybrid
Team: Commercial
Package: £65-£73k basic + 20% bonus + benefits

My client is one of the UK’s most established, values‑led B‑Corp food businesses, is creating a brand‑new Revenue Growth Manager role to establish and embed RGM as a core commercial operating system across the organisation.
If you’re excited by the idea of shaping pricing strategy, trade investment, promotional effectiveness, portfolio mix and commercial governance from scratch - and doing it in a business that genuinely cares about people, planet and product - this is a role worth exploring.

💼 What you’ll be leading

🎓 Experience we’re looking for
- 5–8+ years in commercial, finance or RGM roles
- FMCG/CPG experience essential
- Deep commercial acumen and full P&L understanding
- Proven track record delivering commercial strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management at senior level
- Experience with trade spend, promo effectiveness and ROI measurement
