Revenue Growth Manager
£52,500 + 6k Car Allowance + Bonus Hybrid working - 3 days in the office - Northamptonshire
We're excited to partner with a leading FMCG organisation who's seeking a Revenue Growth Manager to shape and govern pricing and promotional strategy across all channels. This high‑impact role sits at the centre of commercial decision‑making, combining analytical rigour, strategic insight and cross‑functional influence to drive sustainable, profitable growth.
The Role
- Lead the Pricing & Promotional Strategy, ensuring alignment with brand, category and commercial priorities.
- Analyse price, pack and promotional performance, turning insights into clear recommendations.
- Govern revenue decision‑making through structured frameworks and monthly forums.
- Challenge commercial proposals and guide teams on pricing and promotional exceptions.
- Lead strategic revenue projects including Pricing Excellence, eCommerce optimisation and channel profitability.
- Champion continuous improvement, strengthening tools, processes and SOX‑compliant governance.
- Manage the implementation and ongoing relationship with a new TPM provider
- Build commercial capability through coaching and data‑led knowledge sharing.

You Bring
- 3 plus years’ analytical or commercial FMCG experience (pricing, promotions or revenue management advantageous).
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of P&L drivers, elasticity and promotional mechanics.
- Advanced analytical skills across modelling, scenario analysis and multiple data sources (EPOS, shopper, promotional ROI).
- Ideally experience in working with or managing TPM solutions
- Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and challenging assumptions constructively.
- Curiosity, strategic thinking and a passion for data‑led decision‑making.
