At St. Ewe

At St. Ewe, we’re a business built on doing things the right way - with people, hens and the planet at the heart of every decision. We’re proud to be a certified B Corp, recognised in The Times 100 fastest-growing private companies list and named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work. These milestones reflect not just our growth, but our commitment to building a workplace and supply chain we can truly stand behind.

Our values - bold, positive, transparent and nurturing - shape how we work every day. We’re bold enough to challenge convention, positive in how we support each other and our partners, transparent in the way we communicate, and nurturing in how we care for our people, farmers and hens alike.

Being transparent is especially important to us. We believe in being open and honest from the outset - including about the standards we uphold. As part of this, we don’t allow poultry ownership at home for members of our team. It’s an important step in protecting the health and welfare of our hens, as well as maintaining the integrity of the farms we work with.

We’re committed to creating an inclusive, supportive environment where everyone can thrive, bring their whole self to work, and feel valued for who they are. We know that different perspectives make us stronger - and that’s something we actively encourage as we continue to grow.

This role is office based in Cornwall. However, we will consider South West based for the right candidate but weekly travel to the office will be essential.

Role Purpose

The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximising company revenue and profitability through effective pricing, forecasting, commercial analysis, and market intelligence. Working closely with the Sales, Finance, Production, and Supply Chain teams, the role will ensure pricing strategies align with customer demand, market conditions, and business objectives.

The Revenue Manager will provide detailed analysis of sales performance, product profitability, promotional effectiveness, competitor activity, and customer demand trends to support informed commercial decision-making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
