The Role
As Revenue Growth Manager, you will play a key role in maximising revenue and profitability through pricing, promotional and performance analysis. Working cross-functionally with commercial stakeholders, you'll deliver actionable insights, support new product launches and help build a best-in-class revenue growth capability. Ideal for a highly analytical individual looking to make a genuine impact within a growing business.
The Ideal Fit
- A commercially minded analyst who loves solving business challenges through data
- Experience within FMCG, grocery, retail or another fast-paced consumer environment
- Strong understanding of pricing, promotions and revenue growth levers
- Able to influence stakeholders and challenge thinking with confidence and credibility
- Comfortable balancing detail with the bigger commercial picture
- Thrives in a growing business where agility and ownership are valued
- Highly organised, naturally curious and motivated to continuously improve performance
- A collaborative team player with the energy and ambition to grow alongside the business
