Revenue Growth Manager | London (Hybrid working) | 6-Month Temporary Assignment | Day Rate – Inside IR35
We’re partnering with an international consumer goods business to recruit a Revenue Growth Manager for a six-month temporary assignment.
The business is an international consumer brand with a strong retail presence and a focus on innovation. This is an opportunity to work in a commercially driven environment, using data and insight to shape decisions, unlock growth opportunities and make a measurable impact on performance.
The opportunity
You will analyse sales performance, pricing, promotions and product mix, identifying opportunities to drive profitable growth. Working closely with finance, sales and marketing, you will build practical reporting tools and provide insights that support commercial decisions. You must be comfortable working independently, taking ownership of your workload and delivering results with limited supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse revenue, sales volumes and margins across products, customers and channels.
- Build and maintain Excel models and Power BI dashboards to track commercial performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve pricing, promotional effectiveness and product mix.
- Evaluate promotional activity, highlighting return on investment and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Translate large datasets into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Support revenue forecasting and scenario modelling, assessing the impact of commercial decisions.
- Partner with sales, marketing and finance to challenge assumptions and support growth initiatives.
- Improve reporting processes, data accuracy and visibility of key performance measures.
- Present findings clearly to stakeholders and track the impact of agreed actions.
- Independently manage priorities and deliver analysis within agreed deadlines.

What we’re looking for
The three essential requirements are:
- Excellent Excel and Power BI skills: You can confidently analyse complex datasets, build robust models and develop useful dashboards.
- A consumer goods or retail background: You understand the commercial drivers behind sales, pricing, promotions and customer profitability.
- The ability to work independently: You can take a brief, identify what needs doing and deliver practical results without close supervision.

You will also bring strong commercial judgement, attention to detail and the communication skills to make your analysis accessible to non-finance stakeholders. Experience in revenue growth management, commercial finance, category analysis or sales analytics would be particularly relevant.
Assignment details
- Duration: Six months
- Contract: Temporary assignment
- Pay: Day rate, dependent on experience
- IR35 status: Inside IR35
