What the job entails
As Revenue Growth Manager, you will drive profitable sales growth across the business, providing the analysis and insight that supports effective commercial decision-making. Reporting to the UK & Ireland Sales Director, you will work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Category, Demand Planning, and New Product Development teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analysing performance across products, customers, channels, and categories
- Identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Evaluating pricing, margins, promotions, and price elasticity
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Contributing to profitability reviews and developing business cases for strategic initiatives
- Assessing the commercial viability of new product launches
- Building financial models and producing dashboards, reports, and management presentations
By translating complex data into clear recommendations, you will help improve revenue, margin, and overall business performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key requirements / What we look for
- Proven experience in commercial analysis, revenue growth management, commercial finance, or a similar role.
- FMCG and/or retail experience.
- Strong commercial modelling, profitability analysis, and understanding of pricing and promotions.
- Experience with EPOS and customer sales data.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong forecasting, budgeting, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel to their Solihull offices twice a week - minimum.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: £70,000 per annum.
- Permanent, hybrid position based in Solihull, West Mids.
