Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Revenue Manager to join our Commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and commercially minded hospitality professional to contribute to the revenue strategy across multiple luxury Four Seasons properties within the UK while developing their career within a world class brand.

The role

Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Management, you will support the development and execution of revenue strategies across Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane and Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire.

You will analyse business trends, manage inventory and pricing strategies, monitor distribution channels, and provide insights that support strategic decision making. Working closely with Reservations, Front Office, Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams, you will help maximise revenue opportunities while ensuring pricing and inventory strategies remain aligned with business objectives.

What you will do:

  • Support the development and execution of revenue strategy across the UK Collection properties
  • Produce daily revenue analysis and strategic recommendations based on market conditions, pricing, and demand trends
  • Manage room inventory, availability, and rate positioning across all properties
  • Monitor pricing strategies to ensure consistency and adherence to revenue objectives
  • Manage rate loading, distribution, and parity across all channels and booking platforms
  • Support revenue reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive strategic decisions
  • Assist with commercial meetings and revenue reviews across the UK Collection
  • Support group and event pricing enquiries in partnership with Sales and Commercial teams
  • Maintain revenue systems and support continuous improvement of processes and reporting tools
  • Work collaboratively with operational and commercial departments to maximise revenue opportunities

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience within Revenue Management in a hotel environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret data effectively
  • Experience using hotel revenue management and property management systems
  • Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of pricing strategy
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Right to Work in the UK

What to expect

  • Full time position based on a 40 hour working week
  • Office based at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane with regular travel to Hampshire as needed
