Role Description
The Revenue Manager is a full-time, remote-first role with the option to use an office in Warwickshire, responsible for optimizing room revenue and profitability for partner hotels. In this position, the Revenue Manager analyzes market trends, demand patterns, competitor activity, and performance data to develop and implement pricing, distribution, and inventory strategies using our proprietary platform. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring key performance indicators, preparing revenue forecasts, reviewing rate structures, and adjusting strategies across online channels and distribution systems. The role also involves collaborating with hotel partners and internal teams, presenting insights and recommendations, and ensuring alignment with financial and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify actionable trends.
- Expertise in revenue management and revenue recognition, with experience optimizing room rates and distribution strategies.
- Solid foundation in finance and accounting to understand profitability drivers, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems, channel managers, and related hospitality technology.
- Relevant experience in the hospitality or accommodation sector, ideally in revenue management or commercial roles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present clear recommendations to partners.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple properties or projects simultaneously.
