About the role
This commercially focused position is responsible for providing revenue management support for all brands in the Europe region of TWE.
The position supports TWE in achieving volume, NSR and profit growth through effective pricing and revenue growth decisions within the region.
Europe Revenue Management
- Lead the development and deployment of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategies across Europe, including pricing, promotional effectiveness, portfolio mix and trade investment optimisation, to deliver revenue and EBIT growth.
- Identify, prioritise and execute pricing and revenue initiatives aligned to Europe commercial objectives and strategic priorities.
- Develop profitability analysis across customers, channels and brands to identify opportunities, risks and actions that drive sustainable revenue and margin growth.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance to optimise customer investment, promotional plans and NPD launches, ensuring commercial decisions deliver targeted returns.
- Utilising global pricing tools, frameworks and retail scan data, provide insight-led analysis and recommendations to optimise pricing, promotions and overall commercial performance.
- Monitor competitor pricing and promotional activity and incorporate insights into commercial recommendations and revenue strategies.
- In collaboration with Europe regional leads and the Global Revenue Management team, ensure pricing strategies are implemented effectively and in accordance with approved governance frameworks.
- Establish and maintain KPIs, reporting and performance tracking to measure pricing execution, promotional effectiveness, trade investment efficiency and revenue delivery.
- Leverage and support the continuous improvement of global revenue management tools, frameworks and best practices across the Europe business.

Leadership
- Collaborating with the TWE regional leadership team to lead the development of business strategies and customer engagement activities.
- Play a leading role between sales, category and marketing in the development of customer investment planning processes including depth and frequency assumptions built into customer contracts, which create clear recommendations, plans and strategies.
- Directly manage, coach and develop the Revenue Analyst, providing clear objectives, regular feedback and development plans to build capability in pricing, analytics and revenue growth management.
- Foster a high-performance, insight-led culture by enhancing analytical capability and promoting best practice revenue management methodologies across the Europe business.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to cross-functional stakeholders on revenue management principles and decision making.
Commercial Capability
- Continuously improve the quality of pricing and profitability acumen across the organization to support sound decision-making
- Clear communication of pricing performance and emerging trends
- Ability to explain pricing concepts to colleagues
- Effective working relationship with business partners
- Impact of pricing decisions and levers to the overall financial ambitions of TWE
- Educate and provide clear communication of pricing performance and emerging trends to the business.
About you
- Degree qualification in Commerce or related field desired.
- And/or Professional accounting qualification – ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
- Significant experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Commercial Finance or Revenue Growth Management within FMCG, Consumer Goods, Beverage or Wine industries.
- Strong understanding of retail and customer dynamics, including scan data analysis, trade investment and promotional planning.
- Advanced analytical capabilities with experience managing and interpreting large, complex datasets.
- Highly commercial and strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience working across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Senior Leadership teams.
- Experience leading, coaching and developing analysts or junior team members.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present complex analyses to senior leadership audiences.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualisation and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI).
