Revenue Manager
Location: London
Working Pattern: Hybrid
Salary: Up to £50,000 + excellent benefits
We are partnering with a leading transport organisation to appoint a Revenue Manager to drive commercial performance across their portfolio.
This role sits at the intersection of pricing, performance analysis, and commercial strategy. You'll lead a small team of analysts while taking ownership of revenue performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring commercially sound decisions are made within a complex operational and regulatory environment.
The Role
As Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring performance, analysing demand trends, and implementing pricing and revenue management strategies that support commercial objectives.
You'll lead and develop a team of analysts while remaining closely involved in decision-making, providing both strategic direction and hands-on support. Success in the role will come from your ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and influence stakeholders to take action.

You'll work closely with commercial, operational, and customer-focused teams, contributing not only to day-to-day revenue performance but also to wider initiatives focused on commercial growth, customer proposition, and business improvement.

Core Requirements
- Experience in revenue management, pricing, yield management, commercial analytics, or a related discipline
- Track record of improving commercial performance through data-led decision-making
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert insight into practical recommendations
- Experience working within a regulated, operationally complex, or governance-led environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading, coaching, or developing analysts and junior team members
- Comfortable taking ownership of commercial outcomes and making informed decisions in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Experience
- Experience within the transport sector (e.g. aviation, rail etc), travel, hospitality, leisure, or similar sectors
- Previous people management responsibility
- Exposure to commercial transformation, pricing strategy, or revenue growth initiatives
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience using forecasting, demand planning, or revenue management tools
