About Model ML

Model ML is the AI workflow builder transforming how major financial institutions produce and validate client-ready work. Model ML converts complex, manual processes into fully automated AI systems that scale across global teams. In under a year, Model ML has become one of the fastest growing enterprise AI platforms worldwide and recently closed a $75 million Series A, one of the largest fintech Series A rounds ever. The round was backed by FT Partners, Y Combinator, LocalGlobe, QED, 13books, and other top global investors.

About The Role

Model ML is hiring a Revenue Operations Lead focused on GTM enablement to own how the field learns, sells, and stays sharp. This is a newly created, high-visibility role. The commercial team is growing quickly, product ships constantly, and the competitive landscape moves every week. Your job is to turn the current ad-hoc enablement efforts into a scalable system.

You will own everything between "we hired someone" and "they are closing deals the way our best rep does": onboarding, certification, playbooks, sales assets, launch readiness, and the adoption of the tools and AI workflows we build for reps. You will sit close to sales leadership, product, and marketing, and you will know the deals as well as the people running them.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
