Responsibilities
- Work alongside clients and Senior Habenae Advisors to:
- Drive improvement of business processes, leveraging Sales and Marketing systems to drive growth and scale
- Improve and refine workflows within Salesforce CRM and other platforms to ensure clients are getting the maximum value out of their tech stack while meeting users' needs
- Work closely with our client's sales and marketing teams to drive value in deal movement, provide updates, and advise management with insights to guide the sales team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders, adding value to the client's sales organisation to increase impact.
- Develop reports and subsequent analysis with actionable insights.
- Organise data and utilise it to enhance Sales effectiveness.
- Assist with critical sales planning activities during business reviews, planning and the budgeting cycle at the client's site.
- Provide ad hoc analysis as required to aid management decision-making.
- Support our client's sales, marketing, and customer success teams regarding territory and staffing design, commission plans, quota setting, onboarding, training and enablement, campaign performance and data management.
- Maintain clean, reliable data across the CRM and connected systems, and use AI-powered reporting and analytics tools to speed up insight generation.

Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certificate
- Exposure to BI/reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker
- Comfort using AI-powered analytics or forecasting tools, or a strong interest in learning them

Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in business or a related quantitative field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with solid business judgment and the ability to present analysis clearly and compellingly.
- Understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success processes and systems (sales cycles, account, territory, opportunity and pipeline management, deal velocity).
- Eagerness to work in a high-growth, performance- and deadline-driven environment.
- Results-oriented, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple objectives and projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong commitment to working as part of a dynamic team.
- Desire to learn and be challenged, self-driven and motivated.
- Strong data hygiene habits and comfort working across multiple connected systems (CRM, marketing automation, BI tools).
