Company Description

Experian is a global data and technology company, powering opportunities for people and businesses around the world. We operate across a range of markets, from financial services to healthcare, automotive, agribusiness, insurance, and many more. Experian invests in people and new advanced technologies to unlock the power of data. We have an amazing team of 25,200 people in 32 countries.

Job Description

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to support Experian's global commercial operations within the global Data Quality (EDQ) team. You will collaborate with regional sales operations teams across North America, UK/EMEA, and APAC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Revenue Operations Lead and Junior Analyst by being a global subject matter expert for Sales Operations strategies within the team.
  • Focus on CRM Operations, Commercial Governance, Reporting, and analytics.
  • Maintain and establish global standards for end-user best practice within Salesforce CRM and Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) systems for the EDQ team globally, encouraging and improving user adoption across both CRM systems.
  • Configure and administrate the CPQ system for EDQ globally, assisting with weekly releases from development sites to production, covering product and pricing updates, documentation, and general system maintenance.
  • Collaborate with global development teams, creating and escalating high-effort change requests which require development resourcing. Create user stories relating to change requests for system developers.
  • Contribute to projects relating to strategic plans, for sales automation, reducing administrative tasks or steps within the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Create and own global Power BI dashboards, building a shared workspace with user-friendly and informative reports.
  • Provide 2nd Line Support for Salesforce CRM and CPQ systems, supporting regional sales operations teams with troubleshooting and low-effort change requests.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
