Referment

Referment is working with a regulated payments infrastructure provider serving financial institutions. Its commercial teams need reliable systems, clean customer data, and clear pipeline reporting to manage B2B relationships and understand sales performance.

As Revenue Operations Analyst, you'll keep the tools and processes behind Sales and Marketing working effectively. HubSpot sits at the centre of the role: you'll maintain data quality, improve workflows and lead routing, and turn pipeline information into reports that support forecasting and commercial decisions.

You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Relationship Management, and Client Onboarding, as well as external platform providers. The remit combines hands-on CRM work and analysis with practical coordination of system changes, documentation, and user training.

The Role

  • Maintain accurate contact, company, and deal records, checking pipeline data, and addressing the causes of recurring quality issues.
  • Improve lead capture, source attribution, and routing so enquiries reach the right people and move smoothly between Marketing and Sales.
  • Maintain revenue dashboards and analyze pipeline performance, sales metrics, and marketing returns to support forecasting and decision-making.
  • Coordinate improvements to commercial systems, prepare statements of work for agreed changes, and organize training for users.
  • Act as the contact for external platform vendors, tracking deliverables, and helping teams make effective use of their tools.
  • Keep sales collateral, pricing documents, playbooks, and process guidance current, working with colleagues on product messaging and relevant client documentation.
  • Identify gaps in commercial processes and contribute to departmental policies and cross-team improvements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
