Description
The Revenue Operations Executive supports the strategic and operational backbone of the Go-To-Market organisation. This role is responsible for strategic data insights, optimising processes, and ensuring the smooth execution of core revenue operations activities across the revenue engine. As a key member of the team, the Revenue Operations Executive helps streamline workflows, improve visibility into performance metrics, and contribute to building scalable systems that drive growth and alignment.
This is an ideal role for an analytical, detail-oriented individual excited about solving operational challenges and learning the mechanics of how revenue engines run.
Key Responsibilities
Data & Systems Management
- Monitor data hygiene across leads, accounts, and opportunities, implementing regular audits and update processes.
- Collaborate with commercial leaders to ensure smooth process handoffs and clear attribution across the funnel.
- Work within third-party systems to ensure tooling cohesion across the commercial tech stack.
Reporting & Insights
- Build and update reports and dashboards that visualise GTM performance metrics.
- Analyse conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and other metrics to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Surface early warning signals and trends for senior leadership.
- Support territory design and updates.
- Monitor metrics for pipeline health, cross-sell and upsell performance, and whitespace mapping.
Process Optimisation
- Create and maintain GTM processes.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose system or workflow improvements to enhance productivity.
- Help maintain SOPs and training materials related to GTM processes and data management.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Technical & Analytical
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools (we use Salesforce).
- Familiarity with spreadsheets and BI tools (Excel; PowerBI and Tableau experience is a bonus).
- Familiarity with third-party commercial tools (ZoomInfo and/or Clay experience is a bonus).
- Capable of translating commercial requirements into structured CRM policies or analytical outputs.
- Familiarity with GTM analytics, funnel metrics, and sales documentation concepts.
