About The Role
In this role, you will support Coalition's Revenue Operations function, turning regional data into the insights our International GTM leaders rely on to drive performance and growth across their markets. You will analyze portfolio and business performance across lines of business, own regional reporting and KPI frameworks, and support planning, budgeting, and target-setting as Coalition scales across new geographies.
Responsibilities
Regional Portfolio Analysis
- Conduct analysis of portfolios across Germany and other international markets, working in close partnership with International GTM and underwriting leaders.
- Analyze performance trends by line of business, surfacing the key drivers behind results across international markets.
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute regional portfolio and performance insights to International GTM leadership.
- Support underwriting and GTM leaders with claims analysis and early identification of trends.
Reporting, KPIs & Data Quality
- Own and maintain the regional reporting framework, including regular KPI reporting and the ongoing accuracy and quality of regional data.
- Ensure Salesforce and other data sources are entered on time and quality-checked across the regions.
- Collaborate with FP&A partners when reviewing the region's P&L and expenses.
Business Planning & Growth
- Support International GTM Leaders in identifying growth opportunities and developing targeting strategies as we scale across new geographies.
- Coordinate planning, budgeting, steering, and monitoring for the region.
International Expansion Support
- Partner closely with Coalition’s International Revenue Operations & Strategy Leader and global sales and underwriting teams to collect information and guide processes as new markets launch.
- Act as a central point of coordination for each country, capturing local insights and helping standardize processes so new markets can onboard and scale effectively.
Projects & Initiatives
- Participate in regional and global initiatives by providing analytical support and coordinating activities as needed to move key projects forward and on track.

Skills And Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business analytics
- Experience within the insurance and/or finance industry is highly desired
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate underwriting portfolio, sales performance, and KPI data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (or comparable CRM) and strong data-management discipline, including a focus on data quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Experience supporting planning, budgeting, forecasting, and target-setting processes.
- Advanced spreadsheet and reporting skills in tools such as Excel, Looker, or Tableau; comfort building and maintaining reporting frameworks and dashboards.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills, with the ability to partner effectively across regions and business functions in a distributed environment.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with the broader European cyber insurance market is a plus.
- Professional fluency in German and/or French is a plus.
