About SaaScend
Saascend is a rapidly growing revenue operations consultancy that works closely with Go-To-Market teams at B2B Companies.
We provide expert guidance for optimizing processes and systems, which enables unified focus on growth, better decision-making, and allows these businesses to achieve their ultimate revenue potential.
At SaaScend, we believe in giving our team members the ability to pave their own paths and the means to make a significant impact very quickly. We are a highly collaborative team across all departments internally and place a high importance on maintaining a strong remote first team culture. We encourage support and investment in the growth and well-being of each member. We actively invest in our team, which we call the “teamo” and collaborate with each other to propel not only our hard skills in systems but also soft skills to become better consultants.
We scale not only our clients with intention but also our people to become the best version of themselves. Our salesforce administrators are critical to the success of our projects and retainer clients, especially smaller, less complicated ones.
Role Overview
As a Revenue Operations Consultant, you will work closely with high-level clients such as Directors, VPs of Sales, and CROs to deliver best practices in SalesOps and system architecture related to HubSpot CRM and Salesforce CRM. You will also collaborate with project managers to ensure milestones, deadlines, and sprints are met, and lead mid-level consultants to elevate their skills and achieve project goals. Additionally, you will provide strategic consulting on RevOps, SaaScend products/modules, and system integrations into Salesforce or marketing automation platforms.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
