SaaScend specializes in Salesforce implementation and optimization, marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Marketo, and HubSpot, and demand generation strategy and execution. The company also provides sales and marketing operations support and data services, including lead generation, account list building, and data enrichment. Role Description
The Revenue Operations Consultant is a full-time remote role responsible for advising clients on how to design, optimize, and scale their revenue operations across marketing, sales, and customer success. In this role, the consultant will assess client processes and technology, identify gaps and opportunities, and develop data-driven recommendations for improving funnel performance and revenue efficiency.

- Conducting discovery sessions
- Analyzing operational and performance data
- Designing and documenting workflows
- Collaborating with client stakeholders to implement Salesforce and marketing automation solutions
The consultant will translate business goals into system configurations, create playbooks and process documentation, and support change management and user enablement. This role also involves ongoing performance monitoring, reporting, and iterative optimization to ensure that clients realize value from their RevOps investments.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, diagnose operational issues, and develop measurable, data-driven recommendations.
- Consulting experience with the ability to lead discovery sessions, frame problems, present solutions, and build trusted advisory relationships.
- Clear and professional communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, documentation of processes, and delivery of client-facing presentations.
- Operations management skills, including process design, workflow optimization, and alignment of marketing, sales, and customer success activities.
- Customer service mindset, demonstrating responsiveness, empathy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and at least one marketing automation platform (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot) is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with demand generation, sales and marketing operations, and revenue reporting/attribution is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
