Job Description

We are seeking a Revenue Operations & CRM Manager to own our systems, data and process backbone of the revenue engine, the CRM platform, pipeline data integrity, and forecasting/reporting infrastructure so Northern Data Group has accurate, scalable revenue operations as the GPU estate and customer base grow.

Your Responsibilities

CRM Ownership

  • Full administration of the CRM system (HubSpot) as the system of record for the full revenue lifecycle, from lead/RFP intake through opportunity management and renewal
  • Define and enforce data governance standards: field definitions, pipeline stages, deal hygiene rules
  • Evaluate, integrate, and manage supporting RevOps tools (e-signature, billing/usage metering integrations, BI tools) to give full visibility into the revenue funnel

Revenue Operations Process

  • Design and continuously improve the quote-to-cash process across the commercial team
  • Own pipeline hygiene standards and drive adoption across the Commercial function.
  • Identify and resolve process bottlenecks across the revenue cycle.
  • Collaborate with Head of Contracts and Commercial Finance to operate efficient deal desks

Forecasting & Reporting Infrastructure

  • Build and maintain forecasting methodology and pipeline coverage models suited to long-cycle, high-value GPU capacity and colocation deals
  • Build dashboards and reports giving leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue trends
  • Provide self-serve reporting to reduce ad hoc data requests from leadership

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Systems Integration & Enablement

  • Integrate CRM with billing and finance systems to remove manual reconciliation between systems
  • Train and drive CRM/process adoption across the commercial team
  • Serve as the operational liaison to Finance/FP&A for monthly and quarterly revenue reporting inputs

Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, with deep, hands-on CRM administration experience (HubSpot strongly preferred) not just usage as an end user
  • Experience in B2B technology, cloud/infrastructure, data center, or other complex, long-sales-cycle enterprise environments; exposure to GPU cloud, neocloud, or HPC commercial models (nice to have)
  • Strong command of forecasting methodology, pipeline management, and revenue analytics, with fluency in BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
  • Working knowledge of usage-based/consumption billing models
  • Strong process-design instincts and comfort driving adoption across a small, senior commercial team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

KPIs for Success

  • CRM data quality and adoption rate (e.g., % of open opportunities with complete, up-to-date fields)
  • Forecast accuracy (variance between forecast and closed revenue)
  • Pipeline coverage ratio against target, by segment
  • Reduction in manual reconciliation time and ad hoc reporting requests
