Revenue Operations & Data Insight Manager

As a RevOps Manager in Digital Services, you are accountable for turning commercial data into clear, actionable insight that helps our leadership, sales teams and wider go-to-market functions make better decisions.

In this role, you will partner closely with our Sales, Pre-sales, Marketing, Alliances and Operations teams to deliver reporting, analysis, process improvement and insights that drive improved performance across the sales lifecycle, while strengthening data quality, operational efficiency and commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted business partner to Sales, Pre-sales, Marketing, Alliances and Operations teams, providing data-driven insight that improves commercial performance, forecasting, pipeline management and decision-making.
  • Support the definition, implementation and continuous improvement of the Revenue Operations function, establishing consistent processes and metrics across go-to-market functions.
  • Identify trends, risks and growth opportunities across the sales lifecycle, providing actionable recommendations that improve sales effectiveness and performance.
  • Produce high-quality sales reporting, analysis and commentary for weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of CRM data quality, governance and KPI definitions to strengthen commercial decision-making.
  • Work with sales teams to manage and maintain the Sales Order backlog, ensuring it accurately reflects future client demand and supports effective forecasting.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, automate manual tasks and improve Revenue Operations processes.
  • Maintain and improve guidance, tools and documentation so users can work more effectively and consistently.
  • Develop strategic insights that shape growth strategies, including analysis of sales performance, trends, competitive positioning, pipeline health and other factors influencing commercial performance.
  • Champion the adoption of AI, automation and data-driven ways of working to improve productivity, insight generation and operational efficiency across go-to-market functions.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience using data to identify business opportunities and recommend improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot trends, risks and missed opportunities in data.
  • Experience of working with CRM systems as a trusted source of customer and sales information.
  • Ability to review and improve data models, KPI calculations and reporting outputs.
  • Experience in developing, using or interpreting Power BI dashboards.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with sales and performance data.
  • Experience producing reporting, data quality outputs, dashboards or visualisations.
  • A passion for data-led decision-making, efficiency and best practice.
  • Experience influencing business decisions across multiple teams through data, insight and evidence-based recommendations.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics or Business Insight roles.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot for Sales, Power Platform or other AI-enabled productivity tools.
