Role Purpose

The Revenue Operations Lead plays a key role in Bender’s commercial transformation, helping to build a more data-driven, insight-led approach to revenue growth across the global organisation.

Working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and commercial teams across multiple subsidiaries, the role is responsible for transforming commercial data into meaningful insight that improves decision-making, drives sales effectiveness, and supports sustainable business growth. Through ownership of commercial reporting, CRM governance, data quality, and performance analytics, the role helps create a consistent and scalable revenue operating model across the business.

As a subject matter expert in Revenue Operations, the role acts as the link between commercial strategy, systems, and data, ensuring leaders have access to the information and intelligence needed to make better decisions. The role also plays a key part in the ongoing Salesforce harmonisation programme, supporting the development of global commercial standards, improved forecasting, and future AI-enabled commercial capabilities.

This is a hands-on role requiring a combination of analytical capability, commercial understanding, and the confidence to challenge assumptions, identify opportunities, and influence change through evidence-based insight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop commercial reporting, performance analytics, and revenue insights for the CRO and wider commercial leadership team.
  • Produce reporting and analysis on pipeline performance, deal velocity, win and loss rates, forecasting accuracy, and customer retention.
  • Analyse commercial performance across subsidiaries, sectors, products, customer segments, and sales cycles, providing clear recommendations and actionable insight.
  • Monitor leading performance indicators, identifying forecast risks, growth opportunities, and areas requiring intervention.
  • Lead CRM data quality initiatives, ensuring consistency, accuracy, governance, and adoption of commercial data standards.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Revenue Operations, supporting CRM best practice, data governance, and commercial reporting across the organisation.
  • Build strong relationships with commercial teams across subsidiaries, driving adoption of reporting standards, data quality, and evidence-based decision making.
  • Support the ongoing Salesforce harmonisation programme through data audits, process reviews, gap analysis, and the development of global commercial standards.
  • Contribute to commercial planning, forecasting, pipeline governance, qualification frameworks, and sales operating processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, analytics, automation, CRM effectiveness, and commercial decision-making through technology and process improvements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
