Position: Revenue Operations & Insights Manager
Location: Remote (UK only)
Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 (DOE)

We're looking for an experienced Revenue Operations & Insights Manager to play a pivotal role in driving data-led decision making across our organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of Sales, Marketing and Finance, ensuring our customer and revenue data is trusted, actionable and delivers measurable commercial impact.
As our Revenue Operations & Insights Manager, you will own CRM data quality and governance, optimise revenue processes, deliver insightful reporting and provide recommendations that help improve lead generation, conversion, forecasting accuracy and revenue growth.
About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales Optimisation, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality, integrity and strategic use of customer, sales and marketing data across the organisation. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insights, optimise revenue operations and support business growth through robust analysis and reporting.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical capability with commercial awareness and enjoys influencing decision-making through data and insight. If you're passionate about data, commercial insight and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Data Governance & Quality
- Own Salesforce data quality, integrity and governance across customer, lead, contact and opportunity records
- Establish standards, controls and processes to ensure accuracy, consistency and GDPR compliance
- Implement data hygiene, validation and deduplication processes
- Drive best practice across CRM usage and data management
Revenue Operations
- Design and optimise lead, account and opportunity allocation models
- Improve territory planning, lead routing and account ownership strategies
- Support forecasting, capacity planning and strategic business decisions through detailed analysis
- Identify opportunities to improve sales productivity and commercial performance

Revenue & Commercial Insights
- Analyse sales, marketing, customer and pipeline performance
- Monitor lead conversion, campaign effectiveness, attribution and revenue outcomes
- Develop customer, sector and persona insights to support go-to-market strategies
- Produce dashboards, forecasts and recommendations that drive growth
- Support lead scoring, segmentation and opportunity prioritisation initiatives
CRM & Revenue Technology
- Optimise Salesforce reporting, structure, usability and adoption
- Manage integrations between Salesforce, marketing automation platforms and business intelligence tools
- Ensure reliable data flow, attribution and reporting across revenue systems
- Support continuous improvement of reporting and revenue technology processes
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Account Management teams.
- Act as the subject matter expert for CRM data and reporting.
- Deliver training and guidance on data standards and reporting best practices.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable business insight.
Essential Person Specification
- Strong experience administering and optimising Salesforce CRM.
- Experience in data governance, CRM management and data quality processes.
- Proven ability to analyse sales, marketing and revenue performance data.
- Advanced reporting and dashboard creation skills, including Power BI.
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of revenue operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel capability and experience working with large datasets.
Desirable
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Experience with Dotdigital or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL and data enrichment tools.
- Experience developing lead scoring, segmentation and attribution models.
