Revenue Operations Internship

Team Description

Our Revenue Analytics team plays a key role in how SumUp supports its commercial growth — ensuring that our sales operations, incentives, and analytics processes run smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with Sales, Payroll, and Data teams, the Commissions function ensures our sales representatives are rewarded accurately and on time. You’ll join a small, collaborative team based in London that thrives on precision, process improvement, and cross-functional teamwork.

What You’ll Do

  • Run weekly commission cycles across multiple markets, ensuring data accuracy and timely payouts.
  • Investigate and resolve commission-related discrepancies, acting as the point of contact for sales teams.
  • Consolidate monthly commission data for Payroll, ensuring a smooth handover and zero recalculations.
  • Collaborate with our Analytics and Sales Operations teams to identify process improvements and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Support the development of automation and reporting tools, such as AI bots and ticketing systems, to make our workflows smarter and faster.

You’ll Be Great for This Role If

  • You’re currently studying or have a strong interest in sales operations, finance, or data analytics.
  • You have basic knowledge of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas) and curiosity to learn SQL.
  • You’re proactive and comfortable handling data with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • You enjoy solving problems and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
