About us
Monaco Solicitors is a dynamic and rapidly expanding firm at the forefront of both legal technology and traditional employment law advocacy. We are dedicated to making employment law more accessible to employees who are being poorly treated at work. We do this by leveraging technology to provide tools which will facilitate individuals’ access to the legal resources they need to help themselves, and by sharing our extensive employment law knowledge and experience on our website, in plain English. Our innovations, such as our award-winning Grapple tool, are reshaping how legal services are delivered, as evidenced by our recognition in the Law Society’s prestigious Excellence in Technology and Innovation award. By these means, we are making justice more widely accessible to individuals who need it, and you can be a part of that mission. We pride ourselves on an inclusive culture that celebrates diversity and supports our team through mentorship schemes and a strong focus on work-life balance. We value each team member’s contribution, fostering an environment where every voice is heard and career advancement is actively supported.
The Role
We’re looking for a commercially-minded, data-driven Revenue Operations Manager to join our innovative and rapidly expanding team. You will be responsible for building and optimising the systems, processes, and data that underpin our client acquisition and revenue generation. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, intake, legal teams, and leadership to ensure a seamless, efficient, and scalable client journey from first enquiry through to case resolution. You’ll play a key role in optimising how we convert the thousands of new enquiries we receive each month into successful client outcomes, helping us increase access to justice while driving sustainable growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
