Department: Distribution
Location: UK - London

Description

The Revenue Operations & Distribution function enables sustainable growth across CFC by delivering high-quality broker data, market intelligence and commercial insight that shape how we partner with brokers globally.

Reporting to the Global Head of Revenue Operations, you'll act as a trusted advisor to Distribution and Underwriting leadership, providing the analysis and intelligence that informs territory planning, broker strategy and investment decisions. As a key owner of broker performance insights and market intelligence, you'll help drive senior-level discussions on growth opportunities, distribution effectiveness and strategic priorities across our global business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining data, commercial insight and stakeholder engagement to help shape distribution strategy and business performance.

About the role

  • Deliver high‑impact MI and analytics that influence senior decision‑making on broker performance, market trends, growth opportunities and risk.
  • Lead the development of the CRM platform, with vision for future improvements, working with stakeholders across tech, AI, data, distribution and underwriting.
  • Define and own CRM success metrics, including a dashboard that connects leading indicators to financial outcomes and ROI.
  • Develop and own US broker market intelligence, including performance trends, concentration risk, opportunity sizing and competitive insight.
  • Own broker data quality, structure and insight, setting standards for accuracy, consistency and relevance across reporting and analysis.
  • Build and evolve analytical and commercial frameworks that support forward‑looking, data‑driven decisions rather than retrospective reporting.
  • Partner closely with Distribution, Underwriting, Finance and Strategy leaders to shape broker strategy, tiering and territory planning, challenging assumptions where required.
  • Lead senior‑level analytical deep dives, business cases and broker‑specific reviews, applying judgement to ambiguous or incomplete data sets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
