About Qevlar AI

Qevlar is a B2B SaaS scale-up on a mission to boost the productivity of cybersecurity teams with Artificial Intelligence. We build an AI platform that transitions Security Operations Centers from reactive to proactive units through autonomous security alert investigations.

In just three years, we have:

  • Raised a total of $44m in series-A & seed rounds from EQT Ventures, Forgepoint Capital and Partech
  • Deployed our solution with major Enterprises such as Sodexo and GlobalConnect, and leading MSSPs like Orange Cyberdefense
  • Expanded to the US market with a growing North American presence
  • Ended 2025 with a strong multi-million dollar ARR and ambitious goals for 2026

What will you do

  • Own the weekly sales forecast and run the forecast call with the CRO. You'll hold the commit number and make it steadily more accurate as we scale.
  • Build the capacity and hiring model that decides who joins our sales team in 2027, when they start, and what quota they carry.
  • Design and run our AE and BDR comp plans, including ramp periods and partner rules. Turn commission calculation into a clean, fast monthly close.
  • Set up a deal desk: discount rules, standard terms and approval paths, so deals move quickly without every order form going through the CRO.
  • Define territories across EMEA, the US and our MSSP partner channel, including deal registration and partner credit.
  • Improve our HubSpot setup alongside our junior RevOps. Manage our GTM Engineer's roadmap and priorities, and hire a full-time GTM Engineer in 2027.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Who you are

  • You have 5+ years in Sales Ops or RevOps. You were one of the first ops hires at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, ideally at Series A or B.
  • You've owned the forecast for an enterprise sales team (large deals, long sales cycles), and you know your accuracy numbers.
  • You've written a comp plan that was actually paid out, and you've handled the commission disputes that came with it.
  • You're hands-on. You'd rather build the model yourself than wait for a team, and you've briefed and managed at least one contractor or technical ops person.
  • You improve the systems you inherit rather than replacing them. You're fluent in HubSpot or Salesforce, and you use AI tools every day.
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and a fast pace. Cybersecurity, MSSP or partner-channel experience, or having been in the seat through a funding round, is a strong plus.
