About Us
Vortexa was founded to solve the immense information gap that exists in the energy industry. By using massive amounts of new satellite data and pioneering work in artificial intelligence, Vortexa creates an unprecedented view of global seaborne energy flows in real-time, bringing transparency and efficiency to the energy markets.
With offices in London, New York, Houston, Singapore, Geneva and the UAE, we are building the definitive platform for energy and freight analytics globally - backed by leading investors including Morgan Stanley & Notion Capital.
The Role
We are seeking a commercially minded Revenue Operations Manager to own the post-sales side of our revenue engine, based in our London office. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations and working closely with the VP of Customer Success, you will bridge Sales Ops and Customer Lifecycle Ops - making sure the customer journey from signature to renewal and expansion runs on clean data, sharp processes and well-timed signals.
You'll be the operational partner to our Customer Success leadership, Account Managers, CSMs and Finance, turning product usage and contract data into early warnings, expansion opportunities and predictable renewals. This is an individual contributor role for someone who enjoys designing the system and rolling up their sleeves to run it.
It's an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to shape post-sales operations at a scaling SaaS business, while learning about one of the world's most impactful and complex industries.
Your Core Priorities
- Expansion and renewal signals: design and run the signal framework that surfaces expansion, upsell and renewal risk early - combining product usage, conversation insights, customer health data and Salesforce contract data into clear, actionable views for AMs and CSMs
- Automation and escalation precision engine: build customer intelligence automations that route the right alert to the right owner at the right time, with defined escalation paths when an account shows risk
- Entitlements, onboarding, and offboarding: own entitlement accuracy across Salesforce, CPQ and product access - ensuring customers get exactly what they've bought, and that downgrades, churn and offboarding are handled cleanly and on time
- Processes and playbooks: design, document and continuously improve post-sales playbooks across onboarding, adoption, renewals and expansion, so our CS and AM teams run a consistent, measurable motion

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
