We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to help shape and scale the commercial function at BCIS.

This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with our Sales Leadership team to build the processes, systems and insights that drive predictable revenue growth. You'll support our Sales, Account Management and Customer Success teams, making sure they have the right data, reporting and tools to perform at their best.

This isn't about maintaining what already exists. We're looking for someone who enjoys improving the way things work, challenging existing processes and helping us move from "how we do things today" to "how we should be doing them" as we continue to grow.

What you'll be doing

  • Building and owning reporting, dashboards and KPIs across new business, customer retention and upsell.
  • Providing clear, actionable insight into pipeline performance, conversion, churn and customer behaviour.
  • Developing forecasting models alongside Finance and Commercial Leadership.
  • Taking ownership of Zoho CRM, driving adoption, improving data quality and identifying opportunities to get more value from the platform.
  • Designing and improving sales processes and workflows across the entire customer journey.
  • Helping evolve our commercial technology stack, replacing manual processes with scalable, efficient ways of working.
  • Working closely with Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success to improve collaboration and commercial performance.
  • Carrying out commercial analysis, commission validation and bespoke reporting where required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
