Job Description

About the role:

You'll be the operational right hand to TOPdesk's commercial leaders. The person sales, marketing, and CS leadership trust to tell them where the business stands, what's at risk, and how to hit their numbers. You run the forecast cadence, own the RevOps relationship with regional leaders, and make sure your team of 3–4 delivers clean pipeline data and the analyses that feed planning.

This is a role for someone who lives in the numbers, can pressure-test the forecast, and brings enough process rigour to make the operational side run without heroics. The goal is that every commercial leader feels they have a RevOps partner genuinely invested in helping them hit their targets.

What You'll Personally Own

  • Stakeholder partnership and commercial support
  • Run the weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast process: facilitate calls with sales leadership, consolidate inputs, and present conclusions, not just data
  • Surface pipeline risk proactively with a point of view on what to do about it, not just a report that something is off
  • Be the primary RevOps contact for regional and segment sales leaders; show up in their forecast calls, understand their targets, and remove operational friction before it becomes a problem
  • Own the inputs the VP needs for annual planning, budget conversations, and leadership reviews; partner with Finance and HR on quota-setting, capacity planning, ramp structures, and SPIFs
  • Lead quality standards
  • In partnership with the VP, maintain funnel metrics definitions, thresholds and disqualification criteria alongside marketing, BDR/BDM, AM & CSM leadership
  • Own the strategy and vendor decisions for the enrichment and prospecting stack (ZoomInfo, Clay, or equivalent)
  • Commissions
  • Own commission plan logic and maintain plan documentation; partner with the RevOps commissions analyst on payout calculation and processing
  • Primary point of contact for plan questions and disputes; escalate edge cases to VP as needed
  • Contribute to the evaluation and eventual implementation of dedicated comp tooling (planned 2027)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
