Revenue Operations Manager
Are you a HubSpot expert who is commercially minded, data-driven and passionate about using systems, insights and automation to drive revenue growth?
Transport Exchange Group (TEG) is seeking an experienced and proactive Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing commercial team.
About the Role
HubSpot will sit at the heart of this role. We are looking for someone with strong, hands-on HubSpot experience who can take ownership of the platform, optimise how we use it and ensure it provides the data, automation and commercial insight our teams need.
Sitting at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, you will take ownership of the systems, data and processes that underpin our revenue operations — helping our teams work smarter, improve conversion and make better commercial decisions.
You will work across the full revenue funnel, from lead generation and conversion through to onboarding, retention and renewal, identifying opportunities to improve performance and support TEG's continued growth.
About Us
TEG, established 25 years ago, is a rapidly growing B2B software (SaaS) company dedicated to providing cutting-edge solutions for the logistics and transportation industry. With ongoing investment in new products, we offer the excitement and innovation of a start-up coupled with the stability and benefits of an established business. We have a presence in the UK, India and Ukraine.
Responsibilities
As our Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a key role in connecting Marketing, Sales, systems and data to improve commercial performance.
- Own HubSpot end-to-end, including administration, configuration, user management, governance, licence optimisation, workflows, reporting and integrations.
- Configure and develop HubSpot to meet TEG's commercial needs, including creating and managing custom objects, properties, pipelines and deal stages.
- Own and manage HubSpot integrations with TEG Admin/Billing, Zendesk, Aircall, Fireflies and other commercial platforms, ensuring reliable data flow between systems and troubleshooting integration issues.
- Continuously develop and optimise HubSpot to ensure it effectively supports our Marketing and Sales teams and wider commercial objectives.
- Ensure our commercial teams have a reliable single source of truth, championing CRM adoption, data accuracy and data quality.
- Own and continuously improve Revenue Operations processes across the full customer lifecycle.
- Build dashboards and reporting that give Marketing and Sales leaders clear visibility of revenue performance, pipeline, conversion and activity.
- Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, velocity and key revenue metrics, proactively highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Support revenue forecasting and commercial planning through accurate pipeline analysis, conversion data and performance insights.
- Turn commercial data into actionable recommendations, identifying not just what is happening, but why and what action should be taken.
- Analyse the end-to-end revenue funnel to identify bottlenecks, drop-off points and opportunities to improve conversion.
- Improve lead management, routing, qualification, follow-up and pipeline progression.
- Design, implement and optimise marketing and sales automation workflows.
- Identify inefficient or manual processes and implement practical, scalable improvements.
- Build and maintain clear Revenue Operations processes, documentation and governance.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales and the wider business to drive commercial improvements.
- Explore how AI, automation and emerging technologies can improve lead prioritisation, customer insight, churn identification and commercial efficiency.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
