About EPX

EPX Limited is a global leader in building performance optimisation. Our EDGE platform powers energy and operational efficiency across real estate in 26 countries, helping reduce waste and improve outcomes. With bold growth ambitions, a customer-first mindset, and trusted expertise, we’re driving the transition to a net zero built environment — one building at a time.

The Role

We’re looking for a commercially minded Revenue Operations Manager to strengthen how our global Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams work together. Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer – Northern Hemisphere, you’ll own and optimise the systems, processes, data governance and reporting that support the full revenue lifecycle. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines analytical thinking, systems expertise and a practical drive for operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and improve scalable processes across the revenue lifecycle, from lead generation through to customer retention.
  • Own and administer HubSpot and related revenue tools, ensuring strong adoption, data integrity and integration with wider business systems.
  • Build dashboards and reports that provide clear insights into pipeline, forecasting, performance and revenue.
  • Identify and remove inefficiencies across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations and Finance workflows.
  • Provide actionable analysis to support strategic decisions, budget planning and revenue modelling.
  • Partner with regional and functional leaders to align goals, metrics and initiatives, and support onboarding with practical documentation and training.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
