About VantagePoint
VantagePoint is a global finance transformation and technology consultancy helping organisations modernise the finance function through process improvement, data, and leading technology platforms.
Founded in London, the firm has grown rapidly from a team of five to more than 100 professionals across Europe, North America and APAC.
We specialise in implementing and optimising market-leading finance technologies, supporting organisations through complex transformation programmes and helping finance teams operate with greater control, transparency and insight.
Our model combines deep finance expertise with strong technical delivery - allowing us to deliver practical outcomes and long-term partnerships with our clients.
The opportunity
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to own our internal systems and data strategy - the person who decides how our commercial, delivery, and finance systems should work together, and who drives our use of AI and automation to get there.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of CRM, operational systems, finance, and emerging technology, suited to someone around 4-5 years into their Revenue Operations career who's ready to own decisions rather than just execute against a brief. You'll be accountable for the integrity, structure, and flow of our commercial and operational data, and for identifying where AI and automation can meaningfully improve how the business runs - with the latitude to prioritise and run your own projects rather than work through a fixed backlog.
Core responsibilities
Systems, data strategy & AI ownership
- Act as the internal owner of our systems and data strategy - deciding how tools, integrations, and data models should evolve as the business grows
- Identify and lead opportunities to apply AI to workflows, forecasting, and analysis, turning early ideas into practical, adopted improvements
- Own the end-to-end data model across CRM (Attio), project tracking (Rocketlane), and finance systems
- Design and maintain clean, scalable data flows between systems, and make pragmatic trade-offs between speed, robustness, and long-term scalability
- Manage and prioritise multiple concurrent systems/automation projects, balancing competing deadlines and stakeholder demands without close oversight
- Drive a continuous improvement roadmap for systems and automation, rather than one-off projects

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

CRM ownership & pipeline hygiene
- Own CRM data quality across pipeline - deal stages, probabilities, close dates, and values
- Establish governance and hold deal owners accountable for accuracy
- Run regular pipeline reviews to ensure forecasting reflects reality
- Build automated workflows (e.g. Zapier) to enforce hygiene and reduce manual chasing
Forecasting & commercial insight
- Translate pipeline and project data into accurate revenue forecasts
- Identify gaps between pipeline, delivery progress, billing, and revenue
- Surface risks, trends, and performance signals early
- Partner with leadership to improve forecast accuracy and decision-making
Project data & system flow
- Ensure clean data handoff from closed deal to project setup across systems
- Own the integrity of project-level data (structure, metadata, financial inputs)
- Build automations to remove manual re-keying between systems
- Maintain clear documentation of how data flows and processes work
Automation & continuous improvement
- Own the automation stack across commercial and operational workflows
- Identify and eliminate manual or repetitive processes
- Maintain a prioritised backlog of improvements and automations
- Track impact - time saved, errors reduced, speed improved
What we're looking for
Experience & capability
- Around 4-5 years' experience in Revenue Operations, Data/Systems, or Operational Finance - consultancy or SME/scale-up experience particularly welcome, where you've had to build processes with limited support
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Attio) and pipeline management
- Experience with workflow automation tools and building multi-step workflows
- A track record of applying AI to real business problems, with specific examples you can walk us through of what you built and the impact it had
- Understanding of how data flows across CRM → delivery → finance (ERP)
- Experience producing forecasting, pipeline, or performance insights, not just reporting
- Strong grasp of data structures, integrations, and system design
- Comfortable running your own workload - prioritising, sequencing, and delivering multiple projects at once with minimal hand-holding
