Job Description
Join Goodstack as an AI-native Revenue Operations Manager to own the operating engine behind our growth. You will integrate HubSpot, automation tools, and modern AI workflows to streamline the GTM organisation. Your mission is to build a high-leverage, instrumented revenue engine that reduces manual friction across Sales, Finance, and Marketing.

What You Will Do
- Own HubSpot as the primary source of truth, optimizing workflows, data structures, and automation to ensure high-quality pipeline visibility and reporting.
- Design and implement scalable GTM processes for lead-to-deal handoffs and commercial coordination points like the deal desk to reduce operational friction.
- Build and deploy internal AI-enabled automations and lightweight tools that increase leverage and accelerate decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

The ideal candidate
- You have extensive experience in CRM management and workflow design within HubSpot, specifically within high-growth B2B SaaS or operationally complex environments.
- You possess a track record of using AI tools and low-code platforms like Zapier, n8n, or Clay to materially improve operational efficiency and lead routing.
- You are obsessed with data quality and have the commercial judgment to translate complex pipeline activity into reliable inputs for FP&A and forecasting.
