Revenue Operations Manager | HubSpot, Renewal Pipeline & Commercial Reporting | Fast-Growth Tech Platform

Location: London, hybrid (2-3 days a week in the office, 3-4 days during the initial probation period)

Our client is an event-tech payments business serving the live events industry, think festivals, stadiums, arenas, hospitality etc. What started a few years ago as a lean, single-product setup has scaled fast, and the systems and headcount around it are having to catch up.

They're hiring their first ever Revenue Operations Manager, a role that's existed as bits of finance and sales admin until now and is finally getting a seat of its own.

You'll sit inside the sales team and work closely with Customer Success, but this isn't an account management role. The company has been clear that they want someone analytical first, someone who can hold their own on pricing and contract terms rather than just running good conversations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll own the renewal pipeline, structure the commercials behind every upsell and renewal, and build the reporting that gives leadership visibility on account health before it becomes a problem.

  • CRM experience: HubSpot ideal
  • Commercial acumen: comfortable structuring pricing, rates and contract terms
  • Background in revenue operations, sales operations, or a commercial / customer-success-adjacent role
  • Analytical mindset
  • Attention to detail

Nice to Haves

  • POS, payments, SaaS or events / hospitality tech experience
  • Finance or data-analytical background
  • Track record of turning manual admin into automated, repeatable process

Why Join / Projects

You'll be the first person in this seat, which means you're shaping how it works rather than inheriting someone else's system. You'll know the full commercial strategy and rate card, and you'll be pulled into client conversations whenever the discussion turns to pricing, even though you won't be carrying accounts of your own.

The reporting layer is yours to build from scratch: renewal and upsell dashboards per CSM, and the data packs that keep leadership ahead of renewals rather than reacting to them at the last minute.
