This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager based in United Kingdom.

This role is an opportunity to become a key operational force behind a growing B2B SaaS revenue organization.

You will turn revenue strategy into scalable processes, reliable data, and an operating cadence that keeps teams aligned.

The position spans forecasting, pipeline management, deal operations, commercial processes, reporting, and go-to-market planning.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to connect every stage of the revenue lifecycle.

Your insights will help leadership identify risks early, improve forecasting accuracy, and make better commercial decisions.

You will also have the opportunity to build systems, playbooks, and processes rather than simply maintaining an inherited RevOps infrastructure.

This is a high-visibility role suited to an autonomous operator who enjoys combining analytical rigor, commercial judgment, and cross-functional ownership.

Accountabilities

  • Own the operating cadence for forecasting, pipeline hygiene, deal inspection, coverage, and conversion, proactively identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities before they impact revenue performance.
  • Build and maintain executive dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs), including weekly operating metrics, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and go-to-market reporting for executive and Board-level meetings.
  • Translate the revenue plan into an actionable operating model covering capacity and headcount planning, territories, quotas, pipeline requirements, compensation design, and productivity analysis.
  • Act as the go-to-market coordinator for Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), amendments, procurement processes, and customer redlines.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel and internal stakeholders throughout contracting workflows, maintaining playbooks and processes that help move deals efficiently while serving as the process owner rather than providing legal advice.
  • Support commercial deal structuring, including pricing, discount approvals, order forms, and non-standard commercial terms, and drive opportunities through the commercial process to signature.
  • Partner with Marketing and other stakeholders on Salesforce, HubSpot, Clari, and the broader go-to-market technology stack.
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity and establish reliable sources of truth for pipeline, bookings, Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), and customer data.
  • Connect Sales with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Legal to ensure effective coordination across the revenue lifecycle.
  • Expand operational ownership over time to include pipeline attribution, renewals and expansion, commissions, customer handoffs, and other revenue processes.
  • Continuously improve processes, systems, reporting, and operating practices to increase revenue visibility, efficiency, and scalability.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Hands-on experience structuring commercial deals and managing Deal Desk processes, including pricing, discounting, order forms, and non-standard terms.
  • Strong understanding of legal and contracting workflows, including MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, customer redlines, and procurement processes, with the ability to coordinate counsel and stakeholders effectively.
