This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager – Demand based in United Kingdom.
As a Revenue Operations Manager – Demand, you will own the global management and growth of a strategic portfolio of demand partners across the programmatic advertising ecosystem. You will act as the primary business point of contact for SSPs, DSPs, and other demand partners across display, video, CTV, and audio. Your work will directly influence revenue performance, partner health, commercial conditions, and long-term business growth. You will combine commercial strategy, revenue analysis, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership to maximize the value of each partnership. Working closely with Legal, Finance, Technology, and Demand Operations, you will turn partner opportunities and challenges into measurable business outcomes. This is a high-impact role for an experienced AdTech professional who thrives in a fast-moving, data-driven, and AI-enabled environment.
Accountabilities
- Own the global business relationship, performance, health, and revenue growth of a portfolio of SSP and DSP demand partners.
- Establish and manage the operating cadence with partners, including QBRs, roadmap discussions, performance reviews, and ongoing commercial alignment.
- Develop partner-specific growth strategies, revenue targets, and action plans focused on increasing volume, yield, and profitability.
- Analyze partner-level revenue and performance data, including month-over-month and year-over-year trends, revenue share, RPM, fill, win rates, and discrepancies, and translate insights into concrete actions.
- Lead commercial discussions around pricing, fees, performance, conditions, and opportunities to optimize net revenue.
- Identify and implement revenue optimization levers such as bid dynamics, supply management, QPS alignment, format expansion, deals, and PMP opportunities.
- Manage commercial, technical, and financial conflicts and escalations while protecting business interests and maintaining strong partner relationships.
- Qualify new inbound SSP and DSP opportunities by assessing technical fit, expected revenue uplift, strategic value, and overall business potential.
- Coordinate contract and commercial negotiations with Legal and ensure qualified partners are transferred to Demand Operations for integration.
- Act as the internal voice of demand partners, translating their requirements, specifications, and challenges into actionable priorities for Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reporting structures, and tracking tools that provide clear visibility into partner revenue, health, performance, and discrepancies.
- Coordinate compliance reviews for partnerships involving personal data, working with privacy and legal stakeholders to ensure appropriate data protection measures are in place before launch.
- Monitor the broader SSP and DSP landscape to identify emerging opportunities, market developments, and potential strategic partnerships.

Requirements
- 6–10 years of professional experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, monetization, SSPs, ad exchanges, publisher partnerships, yield management, or related fields.
- Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including Prebid, header bidding, OpenRTB, dynamic allocation, sellers.json, ads.txt, schain, and the roles of major SSP and demand platforms.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently manage strategic partner relationships, challenge commercial conditions, and drive revenue growth.
- Proven ability to analyze revenue and performance data and turn complex information into dashboards, actionable insights, and business plans.
- Strong understanding of commercial partnership management, revenue optimization, and partner performance management.
- Experience managing conflicts and escalations while effectively coordinating internal stakeholders across Legal, Technology, Finance, and Operations.
- Good knowledge of contracts, IOs, DPAs, and GDPR requirements, particularly where partners exchange or process personal data.
- Strong judgment when evaluating new business opportunities, with the ability to build commercially sound, revenue-backed business cases.
- Highly organized and comfortable structuring processes, documentation, and operational workflows in a complex, fast-moving environment.
- Strategic and analytical mindset, with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and a strong focus on high-impact priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across internal teams and external partners.
- Fluent in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in international business environments.
- AI-native mindset, with the ability to structure processes, documentation, and logic flows so intelligent tools can improve operational scale, productivity, and decision-making.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while contributing to shared goals and cross-functional initiatives.
