Revenue Operations Manager
The Revenue Operations Manager will play a central role in building and maintaining the organization's analytical and reporting framework. Reporting to our Chief of Staff and working closely with regional executives and the Group CEO, you will drive operational excellence by surfacing data-driven insights. You will partner closely with the Leadership Team and stakeholders across each global region to understand win/loss trends, key customer insights, marketing performance, and overall go-to-market efficiency. You will also be responsible for managing the underlying systems and data infrastructure necessary to generate meaningful insights, improve business processes, and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the leadership team to assess and evaluate potential revenue initiatives based on historical business performance. Ensure the necessary infrastructure is in place to execute, measure, and optimize selected revenue strategies.
- Demand Generation Optimization: Provide recurring briefings to the leadership team on the effectiveness of demand generation efforts (e.g., outbound campaigns), identifying top-performing approaches and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Growth Performance & Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards that track key growth objectives. Lead quarterly win/loss analyses and provide actionable recommendations based on performance trends.
- Marketing Performance Analytics: Partner closely with Marketing leadership to build dashboards and measure the success of marketing initiatives, campaigns, content assets, and other demand generation activities, providing insights to improve future performance.
- Process Optimization: Audit and optimize existing revenue processes while designing and implementing new workflows that improve operational efficiency and cross-functional alignment.
- Cross-Functional Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to solve Revenue Operations challenges, prioritize requests, and drive alignment across the organization.
- Technology & Systems: Serve as the internal owner and subject matter expert for HubSpot and other revenue technology platforms, ensuring clean, accurate, and reliable data. Design and implement new fields, workflows, automations, and integrations that improve CRM adoption, GTM execution, reporting, and collaboration with Finance, including invoicing and revenue-related processes.
- Revenue Technology Innovation: Continuously evaluate the Revenue Operations technology landscape, identifying opportunities to integrate AI tools and other complementary software that enrich CRM data, improve reporting, automate workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field.
- Strong experience with HubSpot is highly preferred. Candidates with extensive experience using other CRMs will also be considered if they can demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and manage a complex HubSpot environment.
- Experience with data enrichment tools and LinkedIn.
- Proven ability to build and optimize Revenue Operations infrastructure, reporting, and sales and marketing KPIs.
- Experience supporting outbound-driven demand generation organizations, including systems used for sequencing, prospecting, and outbound performance measurement.
- Experience supporting technology-enabled sales organizations.
- Experience with market segmentation, including both complex enterprise sales motions and shorter, project-based sales cycles.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Highly analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Curious, proactive, and continuously looking for opportunities to improve systems and processes.
- Highly organized with excellent execution skills.
