Revenue Operations Procurement Administrator
Could you see yourself thriving in a fast-paced role where accuracy, organisation, and supplier relationships play a key part in generating revenue for the NHS?
As a Revenue Operations Procurement Administrator, you'll join a supportive team responsible for processing supplier sales returns across a range of procurement frameworks. Working closely with suppliers and colleagues, you'll help ensure the accurate reporting of sales data that underpins a significant proportion of NHS Shared Business Services' procurement income.
This is a highly administrative role where attention to detail, planning, and self-management are essential. You'll work as part of a team of four, managing your own workload, chasing outstanding information, and resolving queries to ensure monthly reporting deadlines are met.
The role is predominantly home-based, with attendance at the Salford office required at least once per quarter. We can offer great career progression opportunities, benefits which you can flex to meet your needs, and training and development opportunities.
What you'll be doing:
- Reviewing and processing supplier sales returns across allocated procurement frameworks.
- Building effective relationships with suppliers and managing queries to support timely monthly sales submissions.
- Checking contracts and framework agreements to validate reporting information and resolve discrepancies.
- Processing sales reports accurately within operational systems and supporting future migration to an online portal.
- Monitoring and chasing outstanding sales returns to ensure reporting deadlines are achieved.
- Following established processes and contributing to the efficient operation of the Revenue Operations team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
