About Us

At No Isolation we're a 65 people strong scale-up EdTech operating across Europe, on a mission to help educators ensure learning and belonging for all children globally.

Our AV1 robot is deployed across 19 countries with 5,000+ units, supporting schools to improve attendance, belonging, and continuity of learning for children who cannot be physically present. Consistently described as life-changing, it bridges the gap between the student and their peers, restoring both educational continuity and the essential sense of social belonging.

The Opportunity - RevOps Specialist

We're growing fast, and we're growing global - across 19 countries so far, with ambitions well beyond that. Our commercial engine needs to scale with us, and up until now, that engine hasn’t had a dedicated owner. That changes with you.

As RevOps Specialist, you'll sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations, and take ownership of the tech stack, data, and processes that turn market demand into accurate pipeline, clean reporting, and decisions leadership can actually trust. You'll inherit some existing setup, but the function is still being built - you will audit what's working, clean up what isn't, and put your own stamp on how our engine scales

You'll report directly to our Chief Commercial Officer, with daily access and visibility across the entire commercial strategy - pipeline, forecasting, market intelligence, the lot. Think of yourself as the CCO's right hand from an execution standpoint: they set the direction, you make it real across every market we operate in.

This goes far beyond basic CRM maintenance. It's a build-and-own role for someone who wants real influence over commercial outcomes, not just a seat watching them happen.

What You'll Do — Scope & Responsibilities

  • Own and automate our GTM tech stack, globally: You'll be the business owner for HubSpot and Clay across every market we operate in, evaluate new productivity and sales tools that improve team performance, and work with Operations on Odoo integration — with a focus on smooth setup and practical adoption.
  • Configure the CRM to work for the business: You'll build and optimise HubSpot workflows across the full commercial funnel - lead-to-deal in Marketing, deal-to-order in Sales, renewal/upsell in Customer Success.
  • Maintain data integrity: You'll manage database hygiene - companies and hierarchies, contact associations, permission-based controls - so that when leadership looks at a report, they can trust the number.
  • Audit and automate the Order-to-Cash process: You'll work across Sales, Operations and Finance to find the manual bottlenecks and replace them with clean handoffs and automated workflows.
  • Turn raw data into strategic insight: You'll support Total Addressable Market analysis across our markets to sharpen territory planning, design real-time dashboards to track KPIs and pipeline health, and translate what you find into actionable insights that leadership can act on.
  • Automate and monitor performance incentives: You'll configure automated tracking for commission schemes and monitor performance incentives (like SPIFFs) to ensure accurate calculations and evaluate how effectively they drive target sales behaviours.
  • Help shape new commercial ventures: You'll support the operational build-out of the AV1 Store - workflows, system configuration, and the data flows behind it.
  • Drive adoption and behaviour change: You'll work with sales leadership to build accountability and data discipline across the team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
