Job Description
QIMA is seeking a Revenue Operations & Sales Enablement Project Manager to guide our Sales & Marketing transformation. This role blends rigorous project management with hands-on sales enablement: you'll lead a critical initiative to consolidate disparate systems and processes across our customer value funnel, turning a patchwork of acquired technologies into a unified, high-performing revenue engine, and you'll equip our Sales and Marketing teams around the world to actually use it.
This is a hands-on role requiring knowledge of processes, technology, and people. You'll work directly with Sales and Marketing teams across multiple divisions to streamline workflows, eliminate friction, and create systems that drive both new customer acquisition and cross-sell revenue expansion. Beyond design, you own adoption: building training content and delivering hands-on training to Sales and Marketing users across multiple regions and time zones, so that every change lands in practical, everyday use. Your success will be measured not just in project delivery, but in adoption, efficiency gains, and revenue impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
