RevOps Systems Manager / Lead
B2B SaaS | Permanent or Contract | London/Hybrid
We're partnering with a growing B2B SaaS business looking for a RevOps Systems Manager / Lead to own and optimise its commercial technology stack, with Salesforce at the heart of everything.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong Salesforce Administrator / CRM Systems background who has evolved into Revenue Operations or GTM Operations.
What you'll do
- Own Salesforce (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud)
- Build and maintain automations, workflows, integrations, and data governance
- Manage the wider GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Gong, 6sense, Pendo, Planhat, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to deliver scalable solutions
- Improve processes, reporting, data quality, adoption and operational efficiency

What we're looking for
- Strong hands-on Salesforce experience (Admin/System Owner level)
- Experience supporting Revenue Operations / GTM teams
- Salesforce integrations and commercial systems expertise
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience within a B2B SaaS environment

Nice to have

- NetSuite integrations
Important: This is not a pure Salesforce Admin role. Candidates must have experience working within RevOps, GTM Ops, Sales Ops, or Commercial Systems, supporting revenue-generating teams and processes.
