Revenue Operations Specialist (M/F/D)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist (M/F/D) based in United Kingdom.

As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you’ll help optimise the processes, systems, and data that power a global go-to-market organisation. You’ll work across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to identify operational gaps and turn them into sustainable improvements. Your work will span the full revenue lifecycle, from lead and opportunity management through quoting, renewals, and expansion. You’ll combine process expertise, Salesforce knowledge, data analysis, and stakeholder management to solve recurring challenges and improve efficiency. You’ll also evaluate the effectiveness of key go-to-market tools and translate evidence into actionable recommendations. This is a high-impact role in a fast-growing SaaS environment where your work can directly contribute to revenue growth and operational excellence.

Accountabilities

  • Own and maintain process maps, SOPs, and ownership records across the full revenue lifecycle, ensuring processes are followed in practice, identifying gaps, and escalating persistent issues.
  • Lead assigned process and operational improvements from discovery through implementation, documentation, and follow-up, keeping actions, owners, dependencies, and risks visible through completion.
  • Translate business needs into clear Salesforce requirements and collaborate with Salesforce administrators and external consultants on solution design, implementation, and testing.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify process breakdowns, uncover root causes, agree on solutions, and support adoption and change management.
  • Partner with Enablement and relevant stakeholders to reinforce new processes and ensure improvements are consistently adopted.
  • Analyse recurring tickets, exception reports, user feedback, and operational issues to distinguish isolated errors from systemic problems and coordinate sustainable resolutions.
  • Monitor data quality and Salesforce hygiene across the revenue lifecycle, addressing the underlying process issues that cause incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent data.
  • Analyse process, Salesforce, ticket, and customer-buying data to develop evidence-based recommendations and measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
  • Assess the usage and effectiveness of go-to-market tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Chili Piper, recommending improvements and tracking their impact on revenue performance.
  • Build strong relationships across functions and proactively drive accountability, corrective actions, and continuous improvement in a distributed working environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Requirements

  • Substantial professional experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or a related B2B SaaS function, ideally with experience supporting complex buying processes and multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Experience documenting, auditing, and improving commercial processes, with a proven ability to identify root causes and drive issues through to resolution.
  • Strong stakeholder management and change management skills, including confidence facilitating workshops, influencing cross-functional teams, and holding process owners accountable.
  • Analytical mindset with hands-on experience working with data using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or comparable analytics and no-code tools.
  • Genuine curiosity about customer buying behaviour, market dynamics, and how revenue processes operate in practice.
