About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Revenue Operations Specialists to support an AI training project focused on operational effectiveness and data integrity within complex SaaS environments. You’ll apply hands-on expertise in CRM systems, revenue operations, compliance-constrained workflows, and reporting to help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required — your domain expertise is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and refine CRM data models for sales, customer success, and revenue operations.
- Resolve and document conflicting operational policies, including key tradeoffs and rationale.
- Design and validate compliance-constrained SaaS workflows.
- Identify and resolve revenue data integrity and reporting issues.
- Document real-world system configurations, processes, and decision points.
- Provide written and verbal insights for scenario-based operational training.
- Recommend scalable improvements across systems, compliance, and cross-functional processes.

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in SaaS revenue, sales, customer success, or implementation operations.
- Proven ownership and configuration experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience with at least two additional tools such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or project management systems.
- Strong ability to resolve policy conflicts and explain operational tradeoffs.
- Experience designing processes in regulated or high-compliance environments.
- Strong understanding of revenue data integrity, reporting, and operational processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong operational judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, healthtech, insurtech, or other regulated industries.
- Experience with multi-product SaaS implementations.
- Strong ability to balance compliance, scalability, business requirements, and system stability.
- Experience documenting operational decisions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Compensation
- Competitive compensation of $50–$100/hour.
- Independent contractor engagement.
- 10 positions available.
