Built on proprietary in-house technology, our solutions are designed to effortlessly meet the complex, growing demands of the global financial sector. Our footprint spans the UK and mainland Europe with a dedicated team of over 150 fintech professionals. About the Role

Revenue Operations Support sits at the heart of the Sales & Marketing division, keeping commercial tools, data, and processes running smoothly so the sales and marketing teams can focus on winning and growing client relationships. Working closely with Marketing, Client Onboarding, Sales, and Relationship Managers. This role owns the day-to-day health of the CRM (HubSpot) and related commercial platforms, drives process and tooling improvements, and provides the pipeline reporting and analysis that underpins sales forecasting and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Tools & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate the development, enhancement, and implementation of commercial tools and process improvements (e.g., workflows and CRM, etc.), including organizing related internal training.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors supporting the Sales & Marketing division, ensuring effective support and optimized platform usage.
  • Draft Statements of Work for agreed improvements to commercial tools and systems.

Data Quality & Lead Management

  • Run regular quality checks on Contacts, Companies, Deals, and Pipelines to maintain data integrity and hygiene in CRM.
  • Optimize the incoming lead-handling process, including reviewing and cleansing lead data, identifying and recording lead sources, and ensuring leads are correctly assigned to the right team members.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure effective lead management and smooth cross-functional collaboration across the sales process.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
