đź§­ Navigating the position: Revenue Operations Training & Onboarding Manager

The Revenue Operations Training & Onboarding Manager is accountable for designing, delivering, and continuously improving onboarding, training, enablement, and adoption programmes across the global Revenue organisation. The role ensures that Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Revenue Operations teams have the knowledge, skills, tools, and process understanding required to execute consistently and effectively.

Working within Revenue Operations, the role connects commercial strategy, operational processes, systems, product knowledge, and frontline execution. It owns the onboarding experience for new Revenue employees, coordinates ongoing capability development, supports transformation initiatives, and drives adoption of new products, processes, systems, and ways of working across regions and legacy businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Onboarding: Owns the end-to-end 30-60-90 day onboarding framework and role-specific learning pathways across all global Revenue teams.
  • Enablement & Training: Designs and executes an annual training plan covering sales methodologies, product updates, commercial policies, and pricing strategies.
  • System & Tool Adoption: Drives user proficiency and data compliance across core commercial tools, including Salesforce, CPQ, and forecasting platforms.
  • Change Management: Leads training and communication strategies for major business transformations, process harmonisations, and post-merger integrations.
  • Content Governance: Manages the central Revenue knowledge base, ensuring all playbooks, process guides, and learning resources stay current and concise.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partners with cross-functional leadership (RevOps, Product, HR) and equips regional managers with the coaching tools needed to sustain team performance.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Domain Expertise: Strong background in Revenue/Sales Enablement, RevOps, or L&D within a global B2B, SaaS, or tech environment.
  • Program Design: Proven experience building blended learning paths (virtual, self-service, instructor-led) and structured 30-60-90 day onboarding frameworks.
  • Tech & CRM Adoption: Hands-on experience driving user adoption for commercial tech stacks, with Salesforce and CPQ experience highly desirable.
  • Change Management: Demonstrated ability to support complex business transformations, post-merger integrations, or process harmonisations.
  • Communication & Analytics: Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to measure training success via metrics like time-to-productivity.
